Each space below may be rented on a short or long term basis, furnished or unfurnished, individually or combined.  Tenants have full use of our private attached oversized parking lot.  Virtual space, allowing businesses to have a local Barrington address, postal service, local phone number and occasional meeting/office space may also be available.

This first floor 200 Sq Ft office is one of our nicest and can be rented furnished or unfurnished by the month or longer.  

Great light with options to configure an additional adjacent 550 Sq Ft (without boardroom) or 850 Sq Ft (including boardroom).  All offices have at least one wall mounted flat screen, and can be set up with hi tech- VOIP Phone, wired and wireless secure internet access and stylish decor. Phone, Furnishing, Wifi, Conf Room Hours, etc. can be added to rental.

This first floor's 600 Sq Ft open workspace can be configured in many different ways.  If leased as a package with Suite 102 and the board room it offers a fully private total of nearly 1100Sq Ft.  Together this space offers the ability to have a large corner office, cubes or other offices, private workstations and premium conference/board room.

Pricing starts as low as $18 Sq. ft.  Different pricing plans including other amenities are available based on occupancy & rental term.

This first floor 350 Sq Ft office suite is the only set up of its kind.  Offering full sized corner office with attached 2nd office/private conf room.

The combined space makes it ideal for professionals who require a space for meetings and a separate space for their office.  This space is currently occupied.
