Offices/Conference Room Pricing

Each space below may be rented on a short or long term basis, furnished or unfurnished, together or individually. Virtual space, allowing businesses to have a local Barrington address, postal service, local phone number and occasional meeting/office space may also be available.  Tenants also have usage of our private oversized attached parking lot.

2nd Fl. Office 

This second floor 125 Sq Ft office  pricing starts at $500 per month.  

This 2nd floor 200 Sq Ft. corner office has room for a small conf table and chairs in addition to a large desk.  It has a large wall mounted flat screed and hook ups for a second display.  Pricing starts at $700 per month.

Corner OFfice

This room may be leased as an office or as a conference room in combination with another office. Pricing starts at $800 a month.

This 2nd Floor 150 Sq Ft office has a desk and additional table and offers secluded privacy.  It has a large mounted flat screen, bookcase and desk or bring your own furnishings.  Pricing starts at $550 per month.

2nd FL Office Suite

This 150 Sq Ft office has two mounted monitors and a wall mounted flat screen making it ideal for design professionals. Single occupant pricing starts at $500 a month

This second floor office provides privacy and affordability starting at $450 per month
